Five Minutes with Fry (Ep 15): Graduate Assistants

Five Minutes with Fry (Ep 15): Graduate Assistants

Welcome to my Youtube Series called Five Minutes with Fry! This is Episode 15, and on this episode, I will talk about graduate assistants. These are coaches who are working on their graduate degrees while coaches a sport. They are very important because they are usually closer to the student-athletes and doing all the grunt work. But, graduate assistants are the next head coaches. They are the ones who will become assistants, associate heads, coordinators, and so on. It is because of that, that they need to start working on implementing social justice education where they can so it becomes a norm that the new programs they go into they start implementing programming that will create an inclusive culture.
