Five Minutes with Fry (Ep 12.1): Special Guest- First Black Duke Basketball Player-CB Claiborne

Welcome to my Youtube Series called Five Minutes with Fry! This is Episode 12.1, the 50th anniversary of the Duke University Allen Building takeover episode in which we talk to CB Claiborne, the first black Duke University basketball player. CB who has went on to earn three graduate degrees, help create the adjustable steering wheel for Ford Motor Company, and work as a professor for the last twenty-five-plus years. Now, he's at Texas Southern University, ostensibly as a marketing prof, but he'd like to think there's more to it. We will be discussing what athletic departments can do to create a better experience for student-athletes and how important creating community and family is for their experience.
